This Privacy Policy describes how K&S Prosperity Holdings LLC d/b/a Label Bridge (“Label Bridge,” “LB,” “Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Label Bridge website, registration page, application process, account portal, online tools, shipping-label workflow, first-mile workflow, and related platform features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, submitting an application, accessing the Platform, clicking “I agree,” or using any Label Bridge workflow, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Label Bridge Terms of Service.

In this Policy, “you,” “Client,” or “user” means both the individual user and the business or organization on whose behalf the Platform is used.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through:

  1. website access;

  2. account registration and application;

  3. sales review and onboarding;

  4. account portal use;

  5. shipping-label and first-mile logistics workflows;

  6. website forms;

  7. payments and funding;

  8. integrations with third-party systems;

  9. general Platform access and support interactions.

This Policy does not replace any data-processing terms in a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or other written agreement between you and Label Bridge. Where a signed agreement includes data-processing terms, those terms control for the services they cover.

Information We Collect

Registration and account information. When you register or apply, we may collect:

  1. name;

  2. work email;

  3. phone number;

  4. company name;

  5. website or store URL;

  6. service interest;

  7. estimated monthly parcel volume;

  8. sales channel;

  9. ship-from / pickup location information;

  10. invitation code, if applicable;

  11. payment and billing information, if requested;

  12. other information requested during registration, sales review, onboarding, or service setup.

Login credentials. Your email address is used as your primary login ID, together with related account-security information.

Ship-from / pickup location information. During registration we may request a primary ship-from or pickup location. Registration may allow partial location information, such as ZIP code and state. Address information may be marked as not provided, ZIP / state only, incomplete, unverified, verified, or manual override. Providing partial address information does not mean it is verified, complete, or usable for shipping, label generation, billing, pickup routing, or formal operations.

Operational and shipment data. In the course of providing services we may process:

  1. company information;

  2. consignee or recipient information;

  3. shipment information;

  4. weights and dimensions;

  5. service levels;

  6. customs or product information;

  7. retailer or marketplace information;

  8. carrier account information;

  9. platform or API credentials.

Payment and funding information. We may collect billing and payment details, funding information, and related records needed to process payments and reconcile charges.

Integration data. If you connect third-party systems (for example Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, OMS, WMS, ERP, carrier accounts, retailer portals, APIs, EDI, payment processors, or email accounts), we may receive information from those systems as authorized by you.

Communications and support data. We may collect information generated when we contact you or you contact us for account review, onboarding, service qualification, support, and commercial follow-up.

Technical and log data. We may collect analytics, logs, and internal-tool data generated through your use of the Platform for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and operational analysis.

How We Use Information

You grant Label Bridge the right to use, process, store, transmit, display, analyze, and create operational outputs from your information as needed to:

  1. provide and improve the Platform;

  2. review your account application;

  3. perform approved services;

  4. generate labels;

  5. submit manifests;

  6. coordinate pickups;

  7. stage, consolidate, and tender parcels;

  8. provide support;

  9. process payments;

  10. bill and reconcile charges;

  11. resolve disputes and claims;

  12. comply with law;

  13. enforce agreements;

  14. create aggregated or anonymized analytics.

We may also contact you by email, phone, or other business communication methods for account review, onboarding, service qualification, fraud prevention, compliance review, support, and commercial follow-up.

Communications

We use your contact information to communicate with you about your application, account, services, funding, support requests, and other business matters. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and current, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must promptly notify Label Bridge if you suspect unauthorized account access, credential compromise, or account misuse.

Payment Information and Third-Party Payment Processors

Credit card payments, if enabled, may be processed by Stripe or another approved third-party payment processor. Label Bridge does not intend to store full credit card numbers directly.

If Stripe or another payment processor is used, payment information may be processed by that third-party processor under its own legal, privacy, and data-processing terms.

You authorize Label Bridge and its payment processors to process payments, verify payment methods, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and maintain payment records as permitted by applicable law and written payment terms.

Label Bridge is not responsible for third-party payment processor outages, rejected transactions, banking delays, processor holds, chargeback decisions, or third-party processor rules outside Label Bridge’s reasonable control.

How We Share Information

Label Bridge may share information with third parties as needed to operate the Platform and provide approved services, including:

  1. carriers, postal operators, consolidators, and tender points, to generate labels, submit manifests, and tender parcels;

  2. payment processors and banks, to process payments and funding;

  3. marketplaces, retailers, and integration partners you connect or direct us to work with;

  4. service providers, vendors, and contractors that support Platform operations;

  5. authorities or other parties where required to comply with law, respond to legal process, prevent fraud, protect rights and safety, or enforce agreements.

Carriers, postal operators, consolidators, marketplaces, retailers, payment processors, APIs, banks, and other third parties remain independent third parties and process information under their own terms.

Label Bridge is not responsible for third-party platform outages, permission limits, rejected submissions, rule changes, unauthorized changes not caused by Label Bridge, or data errors originating from your systems or third-party systems.

Aggregated and Anonymized Data

Label Bridge may use aggregated or anonymized operational data for reporting, analytics, system improvement, pricing improvement, performance measurement, and business planning, provided such data does not identify you or your customers.

Confidentiality and Data Security

Each party will protect the other party’s non-public business, technical, pricing, operational, customer, account, and system information using commercially reasonable care.

Label Bridge uses commercially reasonable measures to protect information in its systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the security of the third-party systems and accounts you connect to the Platform.

Automated Decision-Making

Label Bridge does not currently use fully automated decision-making as the sole basis for account approval, account rejection, pricing, fraud determination, or service eligibility.

Label Bridge may use analytics, logs, internal tools, and manual review to support account review, security monitoring, lead routing, fraud prevention, operational analysis, and service qualification.

Your Responsibilities Regarding Personal Information of Others

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any personal information, recipient information, consignee information, customer information, shipment data, payment data, business contact information, or operational information to Label Bridge.

If you provide personal information about your customers, employees, contractors, consignees, or other individuals, you represent that you have provided any required notices and obtained any required rights, permissions, or consents.

Data Retention

Label Bridge retains information for as long as needed to provide the Platform and approved services, operate our business, resolve disputes and claims, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

Compliance

Label Bridge handles information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to privacy and data security. Label Bridge may refuse, pause, quarantine, suspend, report, or reject activity if compliance, fraud, sanctions, safety, carrier-account, payment, privacy, or legal risk arises.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Label Bridge may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users by posting the updated Policy, updating the effective date, sending email notice, or using other reasonable notice methods.

Continued use of the Platform after the updated Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Policy.
