How does the "Wallet" billing work?
It's simple and transparent. You pre-load funds into your account balance. Shipping costs and label fees are deducted in real-time as you generate them. You can top up via ACH or credit card anytime.
Do you pass on carrier discounts?
Yes, we unlock enterprise rates. We aggregate volume across all merchants to negotiate deep discounts with major carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL), passing those savings directly to you.
Can I bring my own carrier accounts?
Yes, on our Pro plan. If you have your own negotiated rates with FedEx or UPS, you can connect your carrier accounts and simply use Label Bridge for the routing logic and vendor management.
What if I need to cancel a label?
Refunds are automated. If you void a label within the carrier's window, the funds are automatically credited back to your Wallet balance. No paperwork needed.
